Retail orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Bulk orders are processed based on confirmed commercial terms and may require additional coordination before dispatch.

Orders are processed only on business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).

2. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India.

For bulk orders, delivery availability may depend on location accessibility and transport feasibility.

If we are unable to deliver to your location, our team will inform you before processing the order.

3. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro cities: 2–5 business days
  • Non-metro locations: 3–7 business days
  • Remote areas: May take longer depending on logistics availability

Bulk order delivery timelines will be communicated separately based on order size and destination.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.

For bulk orders, freight and transportation costs will be communicated separately in the quotation or commercial agreement.

VaadiFresh reserves the right to revise shipping charges without prior notice.

Once your order is dispatched, you may receive tracking details via email or SMS (where applicable).

Tracking updates depend on our logistics partners.

For bulk shipments, tracking and dispatch coordination will be handled directly by our team.

6. Delays in Shipping

While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

  • Government restrictions
  • Remote location accessibility

VaadiFresh shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from delays caused by third-party logistics providers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability of recipient, or refusal to accept delivery:

  • Re-shipping charges may apply
  • Refunds may be processed after deducting applicable shipping costs

8. Damaged Shipments

If you receive a damaged package:

  • Inform us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos or video evidence
  • Retain original packaging

We will investigate and provide a suitable resolution in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
