Refund & Cancellation Policy

At VaadiFresh, we strive to deliver fresh, high-quality agricultural products and spices to our customers. Due to the nature of food and bulk agricultural goods, our refund and cancellation policy is outlined below.
1. Order Cancellation
Retail Orders
Orders may be cancelled:
- Before dispatch of the product
- Within a reasonable time after placing the order
Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
Bulk Orders
Bulk orders are processed based on confirmed commercial terms.
Cancellation of bulk orders:
- Must be requested before dispatch
- May be subject to administrative or handling charges
- May not be accepted once procurement or packaging has begun
VaadiFresh reserves the right to approve or decline bulk cancellation requests at its discretion.
2. Returns
Due to the perishable and consumable nature of food and agricultural products, returns are generally not accepted.
Returns may only be considered in the following cases:
- Product damaged during transit
- Incorrect product delivered
- Product quality issue verified by our team
Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery, failing which the request may not be entertained.
Products must remain unused and in original packaging for return consideration.
3. Refund Process
If a return or cancellation request is approved:
- Refund will be processed to the original payment method
- Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, subject to payment gateway timelines.
- For bulk orders, refund terms may follow mutually agreed commercial conditions
Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the issue was due to our error.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in cases of:
- Change of mind after delivery
- Improper storage by customer
- Minor variations in color, size, or texture typical of natural products
- Delay caused by logistics partners beyond our control
5. Failed Deliveries
If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept delivery:
- Re-shipping charges may apply
- Refund may be processed after deducting shipping and handling costs
